Welcome to Worth It Training, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a training session or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Description

Worth It Training, LLC provides American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR/AED certification training. All training sessions are delivered on-site at a location chosen by the client. We bring all necessary training equipment and materials to your preferred venue, whether it is a workplace, community center, school, or other suitable facility.

Booking & Payment

Training sessions are confirmed upon successful payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe at flat-rate pricing as displayed on our website at the time of booking. A session is not considered booked until payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation from us.

By submitting payment, you agree to the pricing and session details as outlined during the booking process.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us as soon as possible at info@worthittraining.com so we can discuss rescheduling options. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our discretion. We will work with you to find a solution that accommodates your needs whenever possible.

Participant Requirements

CPR/AED training requires active physical participation. Participants must be physically able to perform CPR skills, including chest compressions, rescue breaths, and the use of an AED trainer. These skills involve kneeling on the floor, applying forceful pressure during compressions, and other physical movements. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, please contact us prior to your session to discuss accommodations or alternatives.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the training session and skills assessment, participants will receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED certification. AHA Heartsaver certifications are valid for two (2) years from the date of completion.

Digital certification cards (eCards) are delivered electronically within a few business days of course completion. You will receive instructions on how to access and download your eCard following your training session.

Liability

Worth It Training, LLC provides CPR/AED training in accordance with American Heart Association guidelines and standards. Participation in training is voluntary, and all participants train at their own risk. While we take every precaution to provide a safe and effective learning environment, Worth It Training, LLC is not liable for any injuries sustained during the training session.

CPR/AED training is an educational program designed to teach life-saving skills. It is not a substitute for professional emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services.

Equipment

All training equipment, including CPR manikins, AED trainers, and instructional materials, is provided by Worth It Training, LLC. Participants do not need to supply any equipment or materials. We ask that participants treat all training equipment with care during the session.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
